Ultra 4 establishes itself as an industry benchmark with a newly upgraded standard chair package and added options. Features such as an angle-adjustable backrest option, standard quick-release axles, and multiple seat-heights provide users with a chair that's easy to use, easy to adjust, and able to respond to changing needs.
Angle-Adjustable Caster Housings and Adjustable Axle-Position
Fixed tilt is a key ingredient in providing optimal function and posture for many users. By offering 3 vertical axle-positions plus standard angle-adjustable caster housings, the Breezy Ultra 4 is able to support both upright and tilted frame-orientations without fear of moving the caster housings out of square.
Three-Hole Fork and Axle Locations
Three adjustment holes in both the 8" caster-wheel forks and in the rear axle-mounts provide multiple seat-to-floor heights for each caster/wheel combination. This type of detailed adjustment is critical for the user with long-term needs who requires a precise chair set-up.
Angle-Adjustable Backrest
The angle-adjustable backrest provides RTS's, therapists, and dealers the option of customizing the backrest angle. This is very important in providing the most optimal position to meet each user's specific postural needs.
Quick-Release Axles
Quick-Release Axles are the perfect solution for the user on the go. Sold as a standard feature on all Breezy Ultra 4 models, quick-release axles make transferring chairs in and out of a vehicle really easy.
The Breezy Ultra 4 offers optional angle-adjustable footplates. RTS's and therapists all stress the importance of achieving the correct foot positioning in any seating solution.
All Breezy Ultra 4 chairs are designed standard with an aluminum frame. Aluminum frames reduce weight, maintain structural integrity, and resist corrosion better than traditional steel frames.
Narrow doorways are an ever present reality. This is why the Breezy Ultra 4 armrests wrap around the backpost. The wrap-around design provides the narrowest possible profile for a side-frame mounted armrest.
No-tools footrest adjustment makes the Breezy Ultra 4 one of the easiest footrests in the industry to adjust. The design utilizes spring-loaded brass detent buttons and heavy-duty friction clamps to eliminate any "play".
Along with the standard Breezy silver-texture frame-color, black, and forest green frame colors, the Ultra 4 features a new deeper shade of blue and a special Silver Polish, which simulates chrome.
